Granted the truth was disturbing but you increase
your chances for success 1000% if you attack your
goal of residual income armed with the right
knowledge.
I want to start this lesson with information that will
keep you up at night and put this whole concept of
residual income in perpective.
Let's begin.
People who are wealthy have assetts that produce
income. The value of those assetts are how wealthy
people determine their net worth.
In other words the value of their assets is
determined by the amount of income they produce.
Did you know that most millionaires can not write a
check for a million dollars?
Billionaires can't write a check for a billion dollars
either.
When people are called millionaires or billionaires
that means those people have income producing
assetts that are valued at a million dollars. The
actual cash portion of those assetts might only be a
couple hundred thousand dollars.
So, what does this have to do with you?
Simple, your home business is an assett. The value
of your business is determined by the amount of
income it produces for you.
Check this out.
Let's say you work hard this month and increase
the residual income from your business by $50 a
month.
That could be discouraging. I mean work a whole
month and all you see is a $50 increase in your
monthly income which equals $600 annually.
Do not be discouraged---you have accomplished
more then you realize.
Here's what I mean...
Ask yourself, how much cash would I need to have
invested at interest to produce $50 a month or
$600 a year?
The reason its important to ask that question is
this. Millionaires do not spend their money, they
only spend what the money earns each year.
So, how much cash would you need to produce $50
a month?
Let's say that you can safely earn 5% interest on
your money. That's actually on the high side of
today's market.
At a 5% return you would need $12,000 cash
invested to produce $50 a month or $600 a year.
Are you starting to see where I'm headed with this?
When you increased your monthly business income
by $50 a month that was just like you put $12,000
in the bank.
Now I agree, $50 a month is not a lot of money.
But I ask you this, how many people do you know
who can put $12,000 in the bank in a 30 day time
frame?
Not many.
Now are you excited?

think about this lesson and really understand what
you just learned.
